Alison Stansfield-Franks heads up the
Art + Design department at MORE and has been with the company since February 2017. Ali has a background in art direction,
and has worked on and overseen some of the most iconic FMCG Brands in the world.
She has held senior roles in agencies like Y&R and Saatchi & Saatchi, where she was Regional Creative Director for IMEA
(India, Middle-East & Africa). During her career she has been recognised by the top industry award shows including Cannes, D&AD, One Show and Clio’s.
Derek’s experience extends across multiple consumer touch points and includes brands as diverse as Glad, Energizer Batteries and Torches as well as Henkel’s Pritt and Pattex glues. He also worked on Johnson & Johnson’s Personal Care portfolio including the launch of Clean & Clear and Savlon as well as Schick razors and grooming products.
In his capacity as Creative Director at DDB South Africa, Derek worked extensively on the Knorr brand in both South Africa and across various African regions.
As Executive Creative Director at Cheil, he was also responsible for the creative output of the entire Samsung Electronics portfolio of products in South Africa and across the African continent.

Christiaan is a film maker, He's especially interested in the documentary space and style of film-making that currently influences branded content and advertising.
After graduating from art school, Christiaan went to film school, realising that it was the most exiting medium of our time. His career started out in post production as a offline editor, later transitioning into online editing, compositing and colour grading, and then moving towards the production side as a director.
In his over 10 years in the Industry he's worked on everything from television to films, feature length documentaries, short films, TV commercials, corporate communications, music videos and as an editor, director, colourist and camera operator.
