Social media assets
Murad is a premium skincare brand from the US and we were asked to create a simple social media campaign for their Acne range. They wanted us to highlight the effectiveness and ease-of-use of the Acne range and use their packaging.
The brief was simple, 3 steps and three products, but we felt we also needed to update the look and feel to reflect the premium nature of the brand, something that they hadn’t really looked at from a social media point of view.
The campaign idea: 3 Steps to healthy, clear skin
We based the look and feel on the blue blocks that the packaging has. These blocks helped create interesting negative and positive spaces as well as giving a theme to any motion graphics. We also called out the 1,2,3 to reinforce how simple it is with Murad to have Acne free skin.
What was originally supposed to be a few quick FB posts, became a slick campaign consisting of FB Canvas and Carousel posts, including a simple film to attract attention, as well as a Snapchat video.
Client liked the work so much that the campaign is being rolled out globally, after updating the packaging to be regionally specific.
